FOUR is R+M's four course dessert experience featuring sophisticated and complex desserts created to entice your palate and challenge traditional concepts of dessert. Each course is a journey of discovery through a landscape of textures and flavors, enhanced with optional wine pairings. FOUR is a seated, reservation only experience.
Each course is perfectly portioned for the ultimate tasting and discovery experience. The menu is revealed when guests are seated at each event.
Reservations required. 21 and over only. No substitutions or special requests are available for FOUR. Each FOUR ticket/seat includes a bottle of sparkling spring water. Wine pairings are available and should be chosen at time of reservation. Each wine pairing purchased serves one guest and pairings are 3oz pours and served with the first, second and third course. Pairings are highly recommended for a complete experience.
Tickets/seats are $60 each. Wine pairings are additional $40. All tickets are prepaid only. After submitting your reservation you will receive a text from R+M Dessert Bar with your confirmation and payment information after which you will have 6 hours to complete your payment via the payment link texted to you. Washington state sales tax will be added when you make your payment. If you are unable to respond in that time frame you will need to resubmit a reservation request. Please read everything carefully for our refund policy and late arrival policy.
All guests must be at least 21 years of age and be prepared to show state issued ID.

To assist us with the personalized nature of our event, names for everyone in your reservation group must be submitted at the time of reservation.

Tickets/seats are currently available in groups of 1, 2, and 4. If you would like to reserve more than 4 seats please contact us to make arrangements. Single and double tickets/seats will be combined at tables with other single and double ticketholders. FOUR is a timed event of 90 minutes. In the event of a late arrival, ticket holders will be seated in between the next served course and will forfeit any missed courses. Due to the fragile nature of each course, no takeout or doggy bags will be allowed. All sales are final. Tickets are fully transferrable to another name for the same date and seating time purchased.

If wine pairings are purchased, each pairing glass will be removed in between courses to allow room for the next course and pairing.
