All items are final sale. R+M does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges. R+M is not responsible for packages returned by the delivery carrier, or for lost and stolen products.
R+M is unable to provide refunds for orders damaged beyond our control, including extreme temperatures outdoors or within delivery carrier facilities. There is a possibility of minor wear and tear that occurs during transit due to the delicate nature of our products. We make great efforts to ensure our products of high quality when we produce and package them in our facilities, but cannot ensure that handling through the delivery carriers will be the same or that there will not be shifts or movement in transit.
