You're invited to learn more about chocolate at our R+M Series on Chocolate,  June 12 at 7:30pm at R+M Dessert Bar in Bellevue. R+M Series is open to guest ages 12 and up.

Chef Rod and Chef Marc will present an enlightening and fun one hour educational event featuring types and quality of chocolate, origins and use.

​

The chefs will provide insight on evaluating chocolate through taste and texture for different qualities of chocolate. Guests will taste different variations of chocolate to discover important details such as liquidity and best uses.

​

Guests will also have the opportunity to taste chocolate in different forms.

​

It's a fun and educational experience for every chocolate lover. A perfect event for one person or for your group!
