Retail Sales/Guest Service at our Edmonds takeaway boutique

Join our team at our newest takeaway boutique opening soon in Edmonds.

Successful candidates will have a minimum 1 year experience in retail sales, be personable, outgoing, mature and willing to learn about our exciting (and delicious!) takeaway boutique.

​

REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

​

Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales.

​

Availability to work during regular shop hours daytime and/or evenings.

​

Professional appearance and calm demeanor. Facial tattoos and facial piercings are not permitted.

Ability to multi task with customers and food delivery apps

Guest service requires the ability to stand and walk continuously during shift; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and to carry up to 50 lbs.

​

The Retail /Guest Service person will provide outstanding customer service, generate revenue through helpful product knowledge, POS operations, and loss prevention in adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional service assisting guest purchasing items in our takeaway boutique.
Knowledge of current boutique offerings
Manage and prepare orders from app based deliveries and verify orders when picked up for delivery
Maintain cleanliness entire shop area by mopping, dusting and sweeping frequently.
Stock and clean retail area
Be proactive and work in unison for successful service while also being able to work independently when needed.
Dedication to creating first class hospitality experience for guests.

Prioritize resolution of service issues with guests calmly and confidently. Our #1 goal is to exceed our guest's expectations.

Some prep/packaging  will be a part of each shift.
While on the service floor, every team member is the face of the company and should embody the spirit of exceptional service.
Complete assigned responsibilities including, but not limited to, opening and closing/cleaning duties.

Job Type: Part time and Full time

$18.00/hour and up depending on experience. All positions offer growth potential.
