Guest Service / Bakery prep at our Seattle takeaway boutique

REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum 2 years of guest service experience and minimum 1 year of experience in retail food. Experience with some food prep/baking. 

Must hold current Washington State food handler permit and adhere to all Washington State Department of Health regulations regarding personal appearance and food handling.

Availability to work during regular shop hours Sunday through Thursday 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm and Friday and  Saturday 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm

Professional appearance and calm demeanor. Facial tattoos and facial piercings are not permitted.

Ability to multitask with customers and food delivery apps.

Guest service requires the ability to stand and walk continuously during shift; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

The Retail /Guest Service person will provide outstanding customer service, generate revenue through helpful product knowledge, POS operations, and loss prevention in adherence to all company policies and procedures.

 

Starting at $20.76/hour and up DOE
